Sabotaging Emotional Patterns
No matter who we are and what we do, we get affected by people and their behavior in our environment. The more we are aware of human behaviour and the different patterns and triggered reactions, the lesser confict it will create.
Awareness is half the work done and at times the entire work done. The understanding of how we understand our environment and how we communicate with our environment, itself calms us down. We can see through our behavioral patterns of anger, jealousy, low self worth, low confidence, insecurities, negative thinking and much more.
Awareness and understanding emotional intelligence builds up strong foundation of positive thinking, being confident, immune to criticism from others and self, being self motivated, and not getting ruffled in others negative behavior. Definitely, being in the aware state is the first step.
Positive efforts and consistency creates behavior patterns that nurture and heal. The more efforts we put in creating the new that is positive for us, the more we are turning away from what is old, redundant and not seving at all.
