Believe Act


"Without faith in yourself it is impossible;
 When you believe in yourself, nothing is impossible".

Merely reading positive quotes do not change a negative belief to a positive one.A negative feeling is wired over a long period of time to become a way of thinking.

When a particular feeling is felt for repeated times and is significant then those feeling and experiences  collectively form a core belief. These core belief crafts our thought patterns. 

A positive thought pattern has a positive experience  and feeling as a foundation and a negative thought pattern has a negative experience and negative feeling  as a foundation.

With a negative thought pattern and negative belief it is impossible to achieve anything that one desires.

Many a times, these negative experiences are deeply embedded in the subconscious mind which make these difficult to identify and to release. 

It is crucial to let go off such limiting beliefs, negative feelings and associations to simply regain self confidence and boost self esteem to be able to believe in oneself and change the old limiting subconscious programming.

Every desire can be manifested into reality With belief in oneself that "I am able".
Belief is the thought that I can do it and this is a mental acceptance first in the mind.
Believe it, See it and Receive it.
