Living through awareness and mindfulness

Our body is super intelligent and Acutely sensitive to the smallest of the deviation in the environment and how it treats us?

It responds by receiving signals from our SENSE ORGANS to experience LOVE, Acceptance, Security or even threat and anxiety to fears of various kinds... everything leads to a sensation and a somatic charge in the body...

and of course Yes!
Our body is a masterpiece of design and functions on an auto pilot mode even when we are unaware of our own body.
But is it good to run on an auto pilot mode and be completely body unaware?
Body is designed to perform certain functions such as circulation, respiration, digestion, etc. However, living unawareness of body signals and the surrounding could lead to damaging body in long run. For example, the habit of not being present while having food would result into overeating. Overeating in long run would result into excessive body weight that alone is the root cause of many diseases. Another example, not paying attention to breaths would lead to shallow breathing pattern. Shallow breathing results into hastiness and anxiety in body whereas deep breathing improves calmness, confidence, focus and performance.

Exercises that bring back awareness into the body :-
1. Start practicing faith and stop worrying.
Immediately stop pouring your thoughts into the sea of worry because there is no end to this practice. Instead start practicing faith. Faith is simply a strong positive belief that stands opposite a negative belief and pushes to take action and moves you forward. Practicing faith more often will directly replace the habit of worrying.
2. Practice what you fear the most.
Heard the saying, ”Practice makes a man perfect”. Yes! Go ahead and do it and you will notice that fear gets weaker and weaker day by day. Fear is the major cause of not exploring new  that repels new ideas. It allows walking a beaten path. Conquering your own fear is mastering a new activity or a new level of activity that will directly boost confidence.
3. Embrace the present and pay attention to the surroundings.
Find a new activity or hobby and master it. You will fall in love with it. With consistent practice it will become easy. Just be patient and watch it grow into your strength. In case it does not, find another activity. Being excited and passionate about present and surroundings is the only way of staying away from over thinking.
4. Practice staying calm.
Restrain from giving emotional reaction to each and every situation.True power is sitting back and observing things. True power is restraint. Breathe and allow things to pass.
5. Practice the happy state.
Always making a choice of being in a happy state would result into improved focus and productivity. This practice alone will rule out any possibilities of being disconnected from body.
